Thanks, that's perfect.

One other question.  The insulation is getting a little ratty and out
of control.  I'm thinking of wrapping it with a bit of that foil stuff
you see on hot water pipe insulation and changing the straps to metal
ones.  Any reason not to do that (I mean heat-wise, is the boiler to
hot for that foil sheet).
