I assume you have a vibe pump B-2 or B-3. If you are lucky, it is a broken line rather than a dead boiler. But you need to remove the wrap around cover and run the unit to better identify where the leak(s) actually is (are) coming from. You can also take a picture, but shut down as soon as practical ... there is no need to flood the kitchen.
Call WLL and describe it, (send the picture if requested) and order what ever parts they recommend. Have them e-mail the step by step instructions for installing the new parts. If it IS a boiler replacement, that's doable, but pretty high up the "do-it-yourself" scale. (The WLL coaching staff is a pretty good at getting you through these things, but you are out of warranty and there is a limit to how much time they can sink into this project versus just fix it themselves.) ----- Original Message ----- From: philz I'm guessing that the water that was remaining in the boiler froze and cracked the boiler will this be a job that I will be able to undertake at home? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Brewtus" group.
