To expand on what Ben said earlier - several variables other than pressure affect pull timing:
* grind coarseness (smaller grind = slower pull) * tamp pressure (more pressure = slower) * beans (oily beans = slower; this means that older beans pull faster because they are drier) After you lock in your pressure, play with the above to get the timing you want.
