A little late, but better late than never. I to, have exactly the same conditions described in the original post. After seeing this I will also lower my pressure which is showing 12 bars with a blind basket. I also take 12 seconds to reach full pressure. However I am pulling decent shots with 17 grams of coffee approximately 2-2.5 oz shot. In about 28 seconds with no channeling. I imagine my grind is to fine to compensate for the pressure difference. But the big difference is with the coffee, and not the blind basket I only go up to about 9 bars (curious to see if I can dial it in right after lowering pressure).
