To be honest I think I burnt the component that switches the K1/K2 which 
was failing any way, Thats the bit that got the 240volts.

The reason for opening it up is as you know, the boiler wasn't autofilling 
and K2 switch is heavily carbonated and this was reported on another 
controller failure.

It's called a finder  type 44.62s

I've googled it, doesn't show up.

it has a coil two switches and 6 terninals.
