Has anyone played around with the PID settings on your Expobar? I recently got my wife into americanos in the morning and now I'm doing that too instead of lattes.
Pulling a couple of shots and topping up with hot water takes a lot of heat out of the boilers. My temp drops a fair amount and it takes a few minutes for recovery.
