Greetings, I'm afraid I need to take another shot at this in hopes someone can help me out.
I have an Expobar Brewtus IV-R which is about a year and a half old. I have found lately that the temperature drops significantly after pulling even one single shot. I used to be able to pull several shots an the temperature would sit stable at 96 degrees. Now, pulling one shot lowers it to 95 degrees and pulling another shot lowers it even more and can drop to 94 and even 93 degrees. Here's something which makes no sense to me. Once, I was not pulling a shot at all but steaming milk. I was steaming for maybe 30 seconds or so and noticed the PID temperature dropped from 96 to 95 degrees. That's not even coming from the same boiler so why the brew temperature would fall is a mystery to me.
