I would think that as owners of Brewtus', we'd all be partial to the double boiler option. If you would think of replacing your Brewtus, would any of you consider moving to a Heat Exchanger model? Personally, I would think I'd like to stay with a double boiler setup but wondering if that's the common thought around here.
