Okay here we go. A few weeks ago I switched the machine on, brewtus II and expected to make a coffee as I have for the last four years. However, the coffee I used was different and the watery filth that came out with no crema went down the sink along with the rest of the beans in the bin. New coffee and the same scrip. Looking at troubleshooting a assumed it was the pump causing the problem, one new pump later same script? Lots of conversations with Bella Barista Uk supplier and was assured it would be a blockage in the group head. In 12 secs I am getting a flow rate of 1/2 oz of water instead of the 2/1/2 to 3 oz. Group head off and completely stripped not a single problem and all looks well. Re assembled and double checked via coffeeclinic.net instructions and now I have no water flow at all!!! Pump sounds fine, pressure builds to usual 9.5 bar but nothing coming through the group head screen. Has anyone ANY ideas? Regards Phil D
