Yes the more I think about it the more it makes sense that the vibe pump 
takes a bit of time relative to a rotary to build or change pressure. That 
PDF is fantastic! Thanks so much for that. 

Yes I think thats correct that its plumbed into the small spout beneath the 
grouphead. It's Tee'd into the deaerator valve so thats why there is a 
continuous drip coming from there. Tech support tells me that this is 
normal and to be expected. 

Mainly I need to know how fast the pressure should change when I adjust the 
OPV screw...
