Have a double boiler rotary which was given to me, the pressure was adjusted by a previous owner to hit 10 bars on blind.
What's the original pressure setting? Was it 8 or 9? I measured that it's hotter than the temperature set by the PID. Set it at 88 Degree Celsius but it's measures as 91. Flushing was done.
