Hey James,
Congrats and I hope the machine works out great for you.

I have just installed my second Jaeger p-stat, have not done the Sirai.
Curious how it goes, but the Jaeger has been a good unit and lasted about 4-5
years after the original failed.

I just had my E61 completely disassembled and did not need to replace anything,
except I have once replaced the shaft seals on the lever. My machine is a B2,
so older than yours. I would check with Chris Coffee, and espressoparts.com,
as a couple of possible sources. But you may not need them. One thing I
noticed was that all the seals were kind of ragged around the edges, but very
smooth and functional on the mating surfaces, i.e. they looked bad but work
great still.

All the best.
