No worries I did get my answer from Ira, first. :) Thanks Ira, that worked 
out great. 
I actually ended up going to a local home depot with the metal tube form 
the brewtus and an employee was able to find all the different adapters and 
T connectors that I will need to hook it up to the standard water line here 
in Canada. Ended up with few more connectors than at first seemed necessary 
in my mind but worked fine at the end. I can post pictures of the setup (if 
anyone finds it useful) but wouldn't be able to name all the adapters I 
ended up using :)

The water in my area is almost too soft so I did not need any additional 
filter/softener. I'm now looking into pressure regulators...
