Hey guys, I was having a problem with unstable brew pressure and I'm in the process of replacing the pump, opv and deaerator. When I turn the machine on, even before I reach brew temperature, water starts running out of the OPV line. The brew pressure takes a very long time to reach pressure during a shot or with the backflush disk and the pressures is erratic (I adjust it to 10 bar and it works (slowly) for a bit and then may overshoot to 16 bar). The water flow is also erratic often pumping no water for a few seconds and then pumping slower than normal.
I talked with WLL tech support and they suggested looking at the solenoid valve - which checked out fine and looks fine on inspection. They now suggest it could be the OPV.
