Yeah I had a controller issue as well but since I have mine on a timer and only made 1 latte each time it came on I didn't realize it. When my timer turned the machine on it would run for 30 to 60 seconds and then stop. Even steaming milk the pump didn't come back on, the only time the pump came on is when I moved the brew lever. Now when I'm steaming milk the pump will come on and it also comes on in short bursts throughout the day.
