I am having the exact opposite experience...impact wrench, no budging. The machine went in to WLL several times and each time is returned and after about 4 hrs of use the element in the steam boiler fried. The last time I just left it on the counter as a shiny ornament. Finally decided to buy the parts and fix it recently. That element will not move.
