I'm hoping this will catch the attention of Todd or someone from WLL: I've been making some pretty stellar Flat Whites & Cortados since the end of February this year. My Brewtus IV has been everything I need: marvelous controllable shots & velvety microfoam.
However, I've been wondering about "upgrades" to the hardware. I'd like to explore swapping out the rotary steam valve for a joy-stick style valve. The steam wand tip is calibrated to maintain the steam tank pressure indefinitely; so I never find myself steaming at anything less than wide open. Todd, any chance you could make a tutorial video on this? -James -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Brewtus" group.
