Hi Gents,

since I was already able to fix my Brewtus IV two times with the help you
guys here I am again asking for help.

This time it started with a tripping GFCI sometimes when I was pulling
shots. I disasselbed the machine and found the issue - water is leaking
from the vacuum reflief valve.
Even when the steam boiler is cold (not powered, turned off) there is a
constant drip of water flowing out. When I pull shots with an inserted
blind filter water is literally shooting out of the vacuum relief valve.
When I open the hot water wand while doing this water will come out of the
hot water wand and the vacuum relief valve.

Here's what I already have tried:
I have disassebled the vacuum relief valve and cleaned it, but it didn't do
anything - it wasn't really dirty or anything.
I have also pulled out the water probe sensor and cleaned it because I
thought it might be an overfilling issue - but visually it looks good. I'm
still thinking there is too much water in the steam boiler, when it is
heating up a lot of boiling water is coming out of the valve before it
finally closes the valve. When it's closed it looks pretty tight.

with the steam boiler hot, vacuum relief valve closed - I have pulled with
blind filter for a pretty long time (after letting out some excess hot
water from the hot water wand). 1st thing I have notice was that the
machine still was drawing water - but it didn't come out anywhere. 2nd
thing - after a while the security valve on the steam boiler (not the
vacuum relief valve) was starting to shot out water, shortly after that the
GFCI tripped.

To me it looks like when pulling shots water is pumped into the steam
boiler, causing it to overfill. is that even possible?

what's happening here? please help

thank you
Arman
