I can confirm that it applies. But then I am only using the following
patches
10_nf_no_rt_in_conntrack_refrag.diff
bridge-nf-20010801-against-2.4.6-3.diff
perhaps you should rename bridge-nf-20010801-against-2.4.6-3.diff?
I am currently using 2.4.8 + bridge (above) + netfilter for my firewall.
