hi !
what do you mean "visible to the outside" ?
when I read your post, I don't understand if you can even 'ping' the bridge
from the outside (non-LAN IPs) (I assume you can from the inside).
If yes, and if your problem is that your httpd isn't responding from the
outside, I think the problem come from the httpd conf.
If no, allright, problem with the bridge/netfilter surely....
can you tell us if the bridge respond to ping from both inside and outside ?

another idea is to check if you have a VPN after the bridge and if your
outside clients can contact the pair IP/Netmask you assigned to your bridge.
(I've had this problem with 'specific' netmasks (I mean not '0' at the end),
because I didn't go to the network lessons at school.....)
