my name is rodrigo, and i have the following problem:
i have in a hard disk , a configuration of linux (red hat 7.2), with 2 kernels versions:
kernel-2.4.7-10
kernel-2.4.18
then i have no problem if my hard disk is in a i686(compaq-presario).
but when i put the hard disk in a pentium mmx(i586), i can not do the boot
with the kernel 2.4.18
then i can not make the bridge-firewalling.
i think, maybe my problem is with the setup of the bios in the mmx.
