Hi,
I suspect the Windows machines cache the ARP reply from earlier
on. Before you setup the bridge, you probably have the exact
same IP address assigned to one of the eth0 or eth1, right?
Try this: after bringing up the bridge interface, send a gratuitious
ARP to the segment. Something like:
arping -q -A -c 1 -I ${DEVICE} ${IPADDR}
(arping is part of the iputils package).
