Or, Put these terms into google:
bridge proxy web site:www.math.leidenuniv.nl
Or: bridge proxy web bridge-nf

This question comes up frequently on the list and those who are willing to
help don't have time to answer broad questions over and over again. You
may want to add google to your list of search spots and try some things
before you ask a question. Otherwise, people won't be inclined to help
you as you have seen in this case.

Just in case you're wondering, this is why people don't immediately answer
you.

I bow to your superior googling. I have certainly tried searching the internet with google for many hours looking for information about this problem. I have simply not restricted my searching to the site you mention. I hope that I find something relevant in the link you have sent me, and should I, I will slap together a mini-howto on the subject. I am grateful for any help I receive.

I have to wonder why there isn't more easily available information about the subject if the question comes up on the list "again and again" as you claim. I'm not trying to be argumentative, but trying to point out that the traditional way to stop people asking the same questions over and over again is to make the answer to the question widely available, perhaps in a FAQ or HOWTO. (and yes, I am volunteering to write a howto on this subject if I find an answer).
