Sorry if this was offlist to me. You keep sending things
"Recipient list suppressed", and I am trying to reply to everyone
that you sent the original to.
Giorgis never bothered me much. I tended to ignore most
of his posts, but then every now and then he would spout nonsense
like "Ronald Reagan was the greatest president EVER", and I could
not help but reply. My impression is that his point of view was
grossly outnumbered on the old list, and that he was often just
trolling for an argument. Not a problem, I did not have to read
if I didn't want to. He didn't make himself obnoxious--if I wanted
to ignore him it was easy to do.

The solution is quite simple, really. Hint: it's in the headers.

Then you should have worked to get the cause of all misery (Giorgis)
thrown
off instead. All this would never have happened if he (and a few other
socially-challenged lowlifes like him) would have had the capability of
actually behaving like *civilised* people, rather than behaving like a
Brother of the Night.
Some quotes from _Contacting Aliens_ on that species:

The similarities are overwhelming. The main difference is that Giorgis
hasn't murdered any of his opponents yet (at least, not as far as we
know...) -- although his devious little scheme to get me thrown off is a
good approximation. :-(
Too bad the US doesn't have the death penalty for *that* kind of
murder... :-(

No, I got kicked off because lowlifes like Giorgis enjoy the
unquestioning
protection of the old-Brin-L's resident fascist List Dictator, Arnett.
To
put this in medical terms, Arnett cured the disease (list disruption)
not
by killing the virus (Giorgis) but by killing the patient (me).
Quite frightening, when you know that Arnett was once a paramedic. Can't
help but wonder how many of his patients never made it out of the
ambulance
alive...

Not my fault. I was defending myself against the relentless vicious
attacks
by the intolerant extremists on the old list. If the list admins would
have
taken action against those neverending attacks, things would have been a
lot better. But alas, the list admins have turned out to be completely
incompetent at the job.

Which is more than can be said about someone like Giorgis, whose
"contributions" mostly consist of relentless personal attacks against
people he disagrees with, and the reposting of countless
right-wing-extremist propaganda pieces.

So, who exactly (other than his Dictatorness the Arnett) gave Giorgis
and
his ilk license to continually disrupt the list with their endless
personal
attacks over the years? You should have thrown *them* out years ago.

Yet, for some strange unknown reason, people don't seem to judge *other*
people by their actions, given the fact that there was NEVER ANY ACTION
TAKEN against people like Giorgis, despite their incessant misbehaviour.
Guess I'll have to do it myself...

Ha! And you seriously believe that His Intolerance the Arnett would ever
agree to that? You have read his postings -- it's obvious from his posts
that his idea of any agreement is "Arnett dictates the terms, the other
side will accept unconditionally". Any other response would mean that
he'd
have to back down and admit his behaviour was way over the top -- and
that's something he's totally incapable of.
I have a better suggestion: lift this ridiculous ban, and replace all
current List Dictators with people who can actually handle the job (I
hereby volunteer for the job).
