Come to think of it, Why the heck do we have an all-or-nothing electoral
system in the states? It's stupid. I think all electoral votes should be
split. The two state votes going to whomever wins the state, and the
individual districts determining the remaining votes. This way, people's
votes count even more in large states, minority districts in a state don't go
unrepresented, the small states are not left out, and the end result would be
more representative of the voice of the people.
