There was a problem with the DNS hosting for busstop.org. The people who
know about this stuff are working to resolve the problem.

The backup for the Culture list is the Elench list. To subscribe to this
send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED], to unsubscribe send a
message to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and to post messages to the
list send them to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (I posted this information
earlier when Charlie wanted to subscribe to the Culture.)
