This only adresses the scheduling of the election, and doesn't address the
issue of bad counting, fraud, etc etc etc that might come up. I'd wager any
good constitutional lawyer could make the case that the right to vote if
abridged trumps the wording of the constitution as to the scheduling of said
vote.
Look, let this thing WORK itself out, folks - there's a process for
detirmining the validity of an election, let it work before you start
clouding the issue with all this tangental and ultimately meaningless
arguments for or against - all it does is turn off voters and lull them into
a daze...
