I am not familiar with this game, but from your description it sounds like a
16 bit or (gasp) an 8 bit game. Sometimes these games can make your
computers do very funky things. Since you are connecting to an Oracle
database, I would assume that you are running Windows 9x,NT or possibly
2000. Memory issues run rampant as most 16 bit apps do not completely unload
from memory.

There is a small utility called MaxMem from AnalogX that cal free up
cluttered memory. It is a free download and cal be found at:
