You must know the rules of Diplomacy F2F [Face to Face],
and this is the only part is *not* available on-line. BTW,
the original [1970s] game, by Avalon Hill, was assimilated
into Hasbro, and they agreed to allow the diplomacy on-line
because it's a source of people buying the board game.
