Two weeks back we returned home from a party at 4 AM Sunday morning. And
when we
stepped out of the elevator there was water all over the place. Some
joker
decided that opening the fire hose was a good idea and that left us with
app. 10
cm of water at the 9th floor. Nice surprise. Comment of the emergency
service,
you can call for this kind of calamities, "can't it wait 'till Monday
?". A few
minutes after I finally dozed off they called us back. This time they
wanted to
know if there was a wall socket somewhere excessible to them. Groan. It
wasn't
funny at the time. But we had a few good laughs since. Especially "can't
it wait
'till Monday ?" is becoming a much used saying around our house now a
days. :o)
