        i suspect that part of it is that more people are wary of
'exponential growth email', having seen the various petitions and
chain-letters. the email does show some signs of having learned from
all that - it has a kill date and a url in it. i wonder what other
behaviours will change as the world becomes more and more
interconnected.....
