Just to bring a foreign view in the debate, this ritalin
craziness is absent in France. To my knowledge about 1000 children are
under ritalin here (compared to the few millions in USA). Obviously there
are children with a behaviour some US doctors would qualify to ritalin. But
here, well, it looks like some children has always been like that, and need
more attention from parents and teachers.
