Dragging is one of the main killers for your back. You should get a good card
to put boxes and things you wanne shift onto. I know it'll cost time to do it
that way but I guess you'll be glad you did in a few months. I'm gonne make
such a purchase myself. You only need to tilt stuff to put it onto the thing
and then push it into place. Putting wheels under stuff makes it a lot more
easy to shift. Especially if you don't have stairs in your home. (Actually
another one of those things I'll be missing when we ever have to move. I love
the no stairs concept.)
