Usually a lot of time in the organizations I used to work for, because you have
to know your way around for every tidbit. Besides project management (where
indeed I was my own secretary except for most of the accounting) I also did most
of the research (coordination and execution in three totally different
departments costs a lot of time). Besides that I did a lot of the computer
management for the department and some of the hardware support and managed to
make it more effective so in the end it cost me less time to take care of it.
But I really didn't have the time to keep track of stock or run for mail (And I
got plenty of that). Maybe it's just the kind of job or the size of the company
that makes the difference here.

This only leaves one question. How much is minimum wage in the US?
