Be patient. The future, as accurately portrayed in "Back To The Future, Part
II" showed no evidence of 1990s-era SUVs in Hill Valley circa 2015, whether
with hover-conversions or not.
So at least part of California comes to its senses and bans the gas guzzlers
some time in the next 14 years. :)
