Just like fighting FOR Nazi Germany is bad, but fighting AGAINST it is
good. It's not the fighting or the spying that's bad, it is the
effects of the spying or fighting.
Harming the security of western civilization is bad. Trying to
increase the security of western civilization is good. Ergo, spying on the Soviets is
good, spying for the Soviets is bad. Remember all those nuclear missles? Tank
Divisions in Poland? Etc? >>
But if this guy has been operating for 15 years, he hasn't been spying for the
"Soviets" for at least 10, n'est pas? Are the Russians still "bad guys"?
