Ummmm...... None of the above?

Right..... but where does the right of the boy to continue arise from?
The right of the boy to continue only arises *provided* that the woman does
not choose an abortion. In essence, the boy owes all of his right to the
choice of the mother. Choose abortion - then no rights.

Well, raping is obviously a violation of rights, so I won't go there.
But, why not produce as many children as possible?

The answer is that the production of additional children is only a *good*
for the child, not necessarily for the parents. But the essence of my
paradox is not "goodness" it is "rights." In this case, my failure to
impregnate a woman means that the child never exists, and therfore does not
have rights. Fine, we all agree here. In this case, however, a specific
descision is made regarding a specific entity. The woman chooses the
ultimate fate of the entity - and thus, the entity incurs a logical
indebtedness to the woman for this, even after transitioning from
non-human-life to human-life. Logically, it is very hard for me to see how
this indebtedness could be argued to not extend into Hollywood slavery.
