As I said, this is preparing the people around me for what I'll be like
after the baby arrives, or at least giving them a taste of it.

I need to work more on my napping skills in the next few weeks....  In
some ways, it'll probably be a little easier for me than for most women,
because my husband is working at home, and will probably be able to give
me some time out in the middle of the day to shower, relax with a comfort
beveridge, or take a nap, which will do a lot to keep me sane, if not
entirely coherent.

(Right now, I'm really looking forward to holding this baby in my arms,
rather than in my belly, and not just for the sake of my internal organs!)
