Well, I'm one of those annoying people who remembers what needs
remembering without prompting (at least most of the time), and I'm
starting to not remember stuff. I almost forgot my purse heading out the
door last night, for one, and I'm wondering if I should tape something to
the front door in terms of a checklist (purse, water bottle, hat) for
myself.... This could be really irritating if I let it be so. But then
I'd get frustrated and start crying, and *that* is not someplace I want to
go if I can avoid it. It takes longer to stop crying, which is
frustrating, which may lead to more crying, and....
The other fun thing is having my bladder and intestines messed with. It's
kind of miserable to have indigestion and then have someone inside you
fall asleep leaning on the part of you that's experiencing the worst
indigestion at that time. And it gets interesting when someone falls
asleep on your bladder. (In a way, that's better than the poking; at
least with the resting, it's a steady pressure and the restroom trips can
be predicted, rather than done more on an emergency sort of basis.)
Actually, I'm still feeling reasonably good; I wore out my poor feet this
weekend at the SF convention, and feel like a hippopotamus when I have to
get up in the middle of the night (up from feeling like a cow earlier this
month), but I'm reasonably happy. Downright giddy, at times. :) (And
there is a particular thing that will crack me up this week, so of course
it gets pulled on me at least twice a day....)
Julia
p.s. sorry if this is too much like babbling
