I have to warn you that Mr. Bell is indeed dangerous. He's been stalking the
British member of Brin-L who lives on Cyprus...he always seems to be in his
vicinity, no matter what security measures are taken.  I've heard he was
resonsible for a serious bike accident that chap had.
