My brother had the same trouble when installing memory. I'd go
back to basics. With just the video card and memory in, no hard
or floppy cables, you should get the boot up first screen then a
lot of errors.
It's a PCI video card? You shouldn't be able to bend any pins. If
it's ISA then maybe. The beeps do equate to error codes but you
need the motherboard book to decode them. If you lok at Award
Bios websites (and the other one) they will break down the beep
codes.
Just pull everything out, check for bent pins, and put it back
in. Have a spare video card to use. Start with just two memory
wands. 10-1 it's just the memory or video still isn't seated right.
