You can't imagine what you are missing. Hint: it get better with
each book. "Hitchhikers" is great, mostly due to the surprise
[this *might* be one reason why some people might not like
it, because, as with all genius stuff, it was repeated a hundred
times]. "The Restaurant" keeps the pace, and adds some
really weird plot. "Life, the Universe, and Everything" is one
huge joke - you can't stop reading it. "So Long ..." and
"Mostly Harmless" have some good jokes, but - who cares? -
after the first three books you can't stop reading the Saga.
