Could you please change your e-mail settings to send "plain text"?  This
message came through in a narrow font in a small font size that made it
almost unreadable

Bob, are you using Outlook/Outlook Express? Or AOL's webmail?

In Outlook/OE5, you can specify that e-mail to certain addresses always goes
in plain text. Mail me offlist if you want the details of how to set it up.
