England isn't THAT bad on immigration, and it has large quotas for 
skilled immigrants. I believe engineers are included in that 
catagory...

Equally, heh, the only country I'm interested in moving to is Israel, 
and as I'm Jewish, I have a *right* under Isralie laws to move there.
The "Law of Return", as it's called.
