Try Brussels. Just cross without looking. Cars will stop. Try crossing
while looking carefully to both sides and they'll splatter you all over
the road. Even on a zebra crossing or when the pedestrian has a green
light. It kept amazing me as a pedestrian how easy you can cross almost
any street, although driving a car in Brussels is a bit of a nerve
wrecking experience if you're not used to it. :o)
