That's interesting, because this was *exactly* the same
impression that I had when I came to Los Angeles, California,
USA.
Which might give you some idea about how chaotic the
traffic is in Rio...
OTOH, I've heard from Rio people that went to Istambul
that *they* found the traffic over there highly chaotic.
