Not really true.   I think the evidence is sufficient that the "Stalinist
CCCP" would have sought "Lebensraum" anywhere they could find it.   Only
the presence of NATO (and nuclear weapons) prevented a battle for
Lebensraum from breaking out in Europe.  As it is, the "Stalinist CCCP"
killed a great many Afghanis, Africans, and Latin Americans in their quest
for world domination.
