Re: Smoking in BC

In the Netherlands I distinctly get the impression that, despite the more and
more astronomical prices of sigarettes, the number of (especially young) people
smoking is getting more and absolutely not less.

I went to the city last week for some shopping and I got the impression that on
a terras with hundreds of people sitting and enjoying the sunny day and a drink
we were almost the only ones not using our ashtray. It was a rather weird
experience. An outdoor terras despite a rather nice little wind, totally clouded
in a haze of blue smoke. :o)
