I remember seeing it. I flipped through a copy at some point at random,
but I don't remember reading the whole thing, and I never owned a copy.
I was given, however, as a birthday present, a copy of _50 Ways to Help
Pave the Earth_, a parody -- and it was an environmental activist who gave
it to me. (One with a sense of humor, obviously....) I still have
*that*, anyway.
