I have trouble getting into on-line games. They're very fun, but if they
require much organization they take up too much time for my tastes. And
you can't really just hit pause and go for a coke if a whole squad of
people are depending on you. Besides, after the Dooms, the Dukes, the
Quakes, the Unreals.... I mean, I like it when shit blows up good. I
like it a lot. But I like a story, too. And some panache, which NOLF has
in spades.
But now I have a new game to lust after and look forward to: Jedi Knight
II: Outcast. Lucasarts wised up and hired Raven to do the game, and
they're using the Quake III engine. Yum.

And speaking of Jedi, has anybody seen pics of Anakin for Episode 2?
Wearing some kind of black leather samurai formalwear on top of his Jedi
robes? It just makes me wonder what a padawan has to do to convince the
Jedi quartermaster to issue him something other than the regulation
uniform....
